Company: A leading engineering business, are seeking a Head of Planning & Logistics to join their management team.

Role Overview:
This pivotal role requires an experienced supply chain professional to develop, embed and improve the IBP/S&OP process, ensuring alignment of business processes and objectives across manufacturing & distribution sites.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing SIOP, Warehouse, and distribution activities at supply sites.
- Developing and managing global and regional inventory strategies.
- Managing the operations plan, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales, Inventory.
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs through Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
- Developing and deploying standardized tools for materials and inventory management.
Essential Criteria:
Educated to Degree level, and/or extensive experience in a similar role. Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain processes. Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence on a global scale. A track record of building, managing and motivating high-performing teams with or without direct reporting lines. Be professionally qualified. APICS - CIPM - CIPS
