Job Title: Head of Product
Location: Oxfordshire – 5 days onsite per week
Salary: £90K - £100K basic per annum
About The Client: Stott & May are working with a start-up, fast growing technology company.
Role Overview: They are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Lead and mentor the product management team to drive innovation and product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure product success.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine product offerings.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a start-up environment
- Strong experience with Cloud Deployment of Hardware
- Semiconductor Supply Chain experience
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
