I have partnered with a prolific European Commercial Property Investor looking to appoint a Head of Property Management to be based out of their Bristol office.
Thet have quickly established themselves as the fastest growing Property Investor within the UK with an additional half a billion to deploy over the next 2 years.
My client invests in predominantly Retail assets of all natures including Retail parks, Retail parades and Shopping Centres. They have more recently built a sizable multi let Industrial portfolio to run alongside.
The portfolio European wide at presents stands at circa £6billion which is rapidly increasing. The market in which they operate within is highly lucrative as such they are acquiring new assets at a staggering rate.
They have several offices located UK & European wide; this position is focused on heading up their Bristol Property Management operation.
The role will be a combination of hands-on day to day management alongside managing a small in-house team.
This is a suitable position for Senior Surveyor or Associate Director looking to take a more senior position with a huge organisation.
My client is looking to pay up to £68,000 plus package including a 9% pension contribution and a highly lucrative bonus.
