To provide and contribute to reports with analysis and develop plans for the schools future needs and further development, specifically representing the quality of education agenda – playing a pivotal role in the future of R.E.A.L. Education.

Your Impact:

As Head of Quality of Education for KS2 & KS3 you will be responsible for determining the strategic direction and business development of the quality of education for key stage 2 and 3 which is offered within the schools. Working alongside our Head of Schools, the successful candidate will ensure a high level delivery of education for all learners across all the R.E.A.L. Independent Schools.

Job Title: Head of Quality of Education

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Weeks: 39 weeks (Term-time only)

Location: East Midlands. The role will require travel across the East Midlands to a variety of our sites: Mansfield, Nottingham City, Ilkeston, Worksop, Blidworth, Nanpantan, & Hinckley
