Fantastic opportunity to join a local & independent estate agency firm in Clifton, Bristol. This is not your typical high street estate agent and this vacancy has a slight self-employed like structure.

They are currently looking for a driven, ambitious and highly experienced residential estate agent to join the team as their Head of Sales. You will have a track record of success and overachieving all your targets. Your main purpose will be to generate new leads and to drive the business forward, working towards building your own portfolio of clients and properties in an extremely competitive area.


You will essentially be managing your own sales department so it is vital that you are efficient working on your own, managing your own diary and prioritising work load.


As Head of Sales, you will be looking to:


-Create the largest active market share in the area.


-Maximise revenues and grow the property register.


-Manage and grow your Sales Team.


-Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.


The ideal candidate will:


-Have least 5 years Sales Management experience within the Property Market.


-Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.


-Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times.


-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-Be highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.


-Display high standards of service and presentation.


-Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.


-Be comfortable with the idea of starting off with a cold desk and confident to grow your portfolio.


Salary – competitive basic of u00A340,000 plus commission – they are very open to discuss the salary details with candidates individually and will be happy to negotiate with the successful candidate.


Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with occasional saturdays or by appointment only.
