About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team and manage the National Account team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management within the consumer electronics or retail industry, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships. Responsibilities: Directly managing and providing strategic guidance to sales team within the UK business unit Fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, strategy, and mission. Developing, coaching, and mentoring a strong sales team, empowering them to lead their respective customers effectively and to make informed decisions that drive success. Qualifications: At least 5+ years of successful retail national account management Understanding of retail operations and key metrics Exceptional leadership, coaching and motivational skills Expert level use of sales KPI's to drive the business forward High degree of financial acumen and strong business management skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a commitment to collaborate across functions and levels within the business
