Our Client is a Multi-Faceted Global business specialising in the automotive and heavy industrial industries. Our client is a household name looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to nurture the National Sales team, while also working on large and complex deals with a budget of $400m. Work from home flexibility with an autonomous nature.

The Role:

• Manage national sales to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Responsible for growth, development and mentoring of sales force
• Set KPIs to state sales teams
• Actively coach and mentor state managers and sales teams.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotions
• Regular interstate travel, with occasional international travel.
• Provide advise and recommendations to the Managing Director on all matters relation to sales.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have 8+ years in management experience
• Must have 8+ Years in HVAC, preferably Air-Conditioning
• Ability to manage workflow and delegate tasks as required
• Demonstrate effective team and individual management skills
• ability to work autonomously
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Demonstrate previous experience analyzing current and new business development/activities.
• Knowledge and experience within the Australian and New Zealand Air-Conditioning sales markets
