We are on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to set the strategy and lead our energetic team of packaging pioneers.

The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team and will be responsible for:

·Setting & executing the strategy to increase revenue from new and existing customers.

·Coaching and developing the team.

·Departmental budget responsibility

The ideal candidate will have:

·Previous experience in a B2B sales management position with a proven track record of delivering results.

·Strong work ethic: the desire to get things done, and to learn and progress.

·Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of seniority, customers, and colleagues alike.

·Analytical and strategic proficiency, capable of interpreting data and leveraging insights to drive business growth.

Salary: £85,000
