Head of Sales – Purchasing Business – £70K + Commission (HUGE OTE Potential) My client is a growing purchasing business who specialise in procurement for premium hospitality clients. They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for networking, selling and opening doors for new business within the premium hospitality sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven Head of Sales or Senior Sales Manager to join a brilliant business who can offer an enjoyable working environment and genuine progression opportunities. Identify and target potential clients within the premium hospitality sector, building and maintaining strong relationships. Develop the sales and marketing strategy for the business to achieve the short- and long-term goals and objectives. Deliver year on year sales growth in line with the revenue and profit targets set for the business. Generate additional financial value to the business through new sales revenues from new clients, existing clients, new markets, or new initiatives. Produce and provide monthly KPI’s and reports on performance of the division to the board and management team. Attend regular industry networking events, actively engaging, and developing new relationships, presenting, and hosting at conferences and on Webinars to promote the business and our services. The Ideal Head of Sales Candidate: The candidate MUST have proven experience working in senior level sales roles, with a track record of delivering new business with premium hospitality clientele. Should have a healthy network of live contacts within premium hospitality venues and groups.
