*About the School* We are currently looking for an experienced Head of School to lead and manage day to day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a really positive impact on vulnerable Young People, working with a fantastic multi-disciplinary team and group of learners. The environment is well equipped and well-resourced with specialist facilities. We are looking for someone who is driven not only by personal growth but by the growth of others. Set within the wonderful grounds of Acacia Hall, Kisimul provides Upper School Education and Residential care for 19 learners aged between 14 Years and 20 years of age with moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behaviours of concern. Job Role Operational* Responsible for all operational accountability
