We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Sustainability to lead our Client's building services division in driving sustainable practices and solutions within the construction industry. As a key member of their leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company and the built environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of sustainability experts and engineers to design, develop, and deliver sustainable building solutions and services to our clients.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, engineers, and building owners, to promote sustainable building practices and drive business growth.
* Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for the company on sustainability issues, participating in industry events and conferences, and contributing to relevant publications and forums.
* Develop and maintain sustainability certifications and accreditations for the company, such as LEED, BREEAM, and WELL.
* Monitor and report on the division's sustainability performance, including energy and water consumption, waste management, and carbon emissions.
* Continuously research and stay informed about the latest sustainability trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental engineering, sustainability, or green building.* A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sustainability and building services, with a track record of successfully leading sustainable projects and initiatives.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of professionals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, as well as relevant regulations and standards, such as LEED, BREEAM, and WELL.
* Experience with sustainability performance monitoring and reporting, and knowledge of energy and water management best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change in the built environment.
