Vallum Associates has partnered with a leading water company near Exeter and they are looking for a Head of Wastewater Transformation to join the wastewater senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for delivering the transformational change aspects of the programme through the leadership and management of the team to introduce high quality, value adding programme outcomes.
- You will develop and sustain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the business.
- You will successfully implement changes into the Wastewater business thereby bringing about rapid and sustained performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership position, with a background in delivering complex programmes within a utility company or to have knowledge of delivery within a regulated environment.
- You will be a great leader, with demonstrable experience of developing and motivating your teams through cultural change and inspiring others through your vision and strategy.
- Strong influencing skills, able to develop relationships with individuals both within and outside of the business.
