Head Pastry Chef - Modern Brasserie 40 Hours PW- 45k

Salary - £40-45,000 all inclusive

Hours- Strict 40 hours per week but overtime paid if required

Location- Central London restaurant located within a 5 star Hotel

Covers- 30 lunch and up to 80 for dinner
