This is a sole charge role so as the lead vet, initially you will only be responsible for a small nursing support team. This role will likely appeal to vets for whom this would be a first lead vet role. As such our client will offer what ever support is required by the successful candidate. They fully accept that there will be many, non-clinical aspects that will be new skills.
Clinically, candidates need to be happy with routine, soft tissue surgeries and medical consultations. The practice is well equipped to handle routine, day to day surgeries and emergencies and for cases that require clinical support, this is available either over the phone or though internal referral.
Our client offer:
- Package up to 60,000, though for candidates interested in partnership, this could be considerably more.
- 4 Day week, 1/3 Saturdays
