Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of front-of-house service, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure exceptional dining experiences for the UNHWI and their guests, exceeding expectations in terms of service, presentation, and etiquette
- Oversee all aspects of table service, including menu knowledge, and food presentation
- Manage inventory control for all dining supplies and equipment
- Maintain the villa's silver service and ensure all tableware and glassware are kept in pristine condition
- Liaise with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prioritize discretion and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Waiter or Captain in a high-end hospitality establishment
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of service staff
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette and international cuisine
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working with private clients or VIPs is a plus
