Salary: L26 (£87,253) - L32 (£101,067) + relocation package for exceptional candidates

We are pleased to be partnering with a consistently 'Good' college in Devon who seek to appoint a collaborative, ambitious and inspiring Headteacher to lead their strategic vision to transform lives, and strengthen the community.
The college, set within an outstanding area of natural beauty within east Devon, and spanning 13 acres across campus, caters for just under 900 students, 119 of whom are in Sixth Form. Staff and students make use of the natural environment to boost learning and creativity, as well as their own wellbeing.
The successful applicant will enable vibrant and inspirational teaching that raises aspirations; challenges and engages, and prepares every student for lifelong learning. Qualifications and Experience
- Good honours degree, PGCE and QTS
- Further professional study would be desirable (MA / NPQH)
- DSL Trained to Level 3 or higher would be highly desirable
- Experience in good or rapidly improving school
- Successful experience as a classroom practitioner with excellent student achievement
- Proven record of implementing sustainable school improvement challenges with excellent outcomes and QA processes
