Job Description
X4 Technology are working with a Construction company who need a Health & Safety Officer for a North London project. The project is an Erection Waste Treatment Plant. The contract is for 2 years and can be through a LTD or an umbrella. It is essential that you have worked on an ERF project related to the energy recovery.
They require a Health & Safety Officer that can commit to 5 days a week onsite. The rate is hourly.
The key requirements:
- Solid knowledge of legisation related to health and safety in the workplace, specifically the safety of industrial construction sites.
- Reliability and precision in carrying out tasks independently.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Leadership, proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of the HSE MANAGER qualification according to the UNI ISO11720:2018
- Previous work experience in the assembly of power plant facilities for electricity production
- As a minimum 5yrs experience of working within a heavy industry, M&E environment.
- A vast knowledge and understanding of the UK health and safety at work act and how when this is applied.
- A vast understanding of UK supporting regulations such LOLER, Work at height, CDM, spaces etc.
- NEBOSH
- Grad ISOH.
- Understanding of NAECI ( Blue book )
