You will inspire, coach and develop a loyal team to smash budgeted KPI's, sales targets and ensure costs are met.As Health Club Manager (Sales) you will be focussed on the sales and retention of health club membership whilst managing the sales for health and wellbeing retreats and events. With a passion for team development and a focus on nurturing future rising stars, you will lead a team with a real zest for life. The team thrive on having fun, with a genuine love of what they do, which in turn is infectious for our members.You will be responsible for the profit and loss accounts across Leisure and membership, demonstrating a strong financial understanding. You will drive the acquisition strategy and ensure yield is in line with set targets.
