Health & Safety Advisor
Wiltshire Region (UK travel on occasion)

£45k-£55k plus package
Are you a health & safety professional seeking to join a business where they can impact and continue to grow your career? I am searching for an experienced H&S Advisor to join a construction/civil engineering specialist to be based in the Wiltshire region with travel on occasion to multiple projects to support the site teams
The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for:
- To assist in the implementation of the H&S strategy across the business
- To support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's ISO Management Systems
- Responsible for providing accurate data to the board level every month, mentoring trends and providing solutions
- Leading on incidents and accident investigations when required.
- Auditing projects to ensure compliance with H&S.
The Health & Safety Manager will have:
- 2 years plus experience working in Health & Safety
- Experience in the construction or civil engineering industry
- NEBOSH Certificate minimum
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement
