Health & Safety Advisor

This role is required to provide subject matter expertise and direction ensuring the continuous improvement to health and safety.

Ideally this role would suit an ambitious, driven individual who embraces the challenge of working within a high performing and supportive team.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  1. Proven experience of delivering in a similar role and evidence of successful management in a complex organisation with multiple interfaces.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills for the purpose of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and potentially external clients/vendors.
  3. Qualified to degree level or equivalent level of education, with a NEBOSH Diploma or (S)NVQ level 5 or equivalent, in occupational health and safety supported by appropriate and relevant continuous professional development.
  4. Grad IOSH.
  5. Experience in infrastructure or construction environments.
  6. Expert knowledge of health and safety legislation.
