£50000 - £55000 per annum + Bonus + Hybrid + 7x DIS + Flexi workingBristolHealth, Safety and Quality ManagerQUALITY, HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER BRISTOL£56,000 + BONUS + BENEFITSDue to ongoing success and company expansion, my client are looking to add to their skilled team with the addition of a Quality, Health & Safety Manager.We are looking for an ambitious Manager, with good experience in both Quality and H&S. If you’re a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you. You will be working on a variety of Packaging Machinery equipment, which is manufactured and supplied to all parts of the globe.THE ROLE:Ensure legality by advising and monitoring compliance with internal regulations for H&S and Quality.Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered too.Advising employees and managers on HSE issues.Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained.Maintain and monitor the QMS.Conduct internal audits on the QMS.Implement the companies Quality policy, ensuring everyone works in line with it.Run activities and training to maintain compliance to ISO 9001 standards.Prepare reports on quality based performance.Conduct annual reviews to ensure updates to processes are noted.THE PERSON:Technical based degree (or equivalent)Previous experience in the HSE arena.Certified Quality manager – experience in maintenance of QMS system (preferred).Problem solving experience in methods such as 8D, Ishikawa.Ability to defect faults promptly.Risk management experience on projects.Previously led quality and CI initiatives in a Manufacturing company.BENEFITS:25 days + Bank HolidaysCompany BonusFlexible workingHybrid workingMedical cashback plan7x DISAccess to PerkboxHunter Selection Limited is a recruitment consultancy with offices UK wide, specialising in permanent & contract roles within Engineering & Manufacturing, IT & Digital, Science & Technology and Service & Sales sectors.Please note as we receive a high level of applications we can only respond to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position.
