Job Description
Global E&C have a requirement for an HSE Advisor to join the team. This is a permanent position based in Aberdeen.
This is a key role, providing HS&E support to the Project Management Group and for specific projects. This may require the development of Quality and HSE plans with clients, safety interface documents, organizing ENVID/HAZID events, performing contractor QHSE evaluations, making job sites audits and inspection and investigating incidents.
Your primary duties will include:
- Being accountable for planning and implementing process assurance activities for the project and reporting the results to the Contract Manager.
- Preparing a plan of assurance activities (audits, spot checks and document reviews) for the critical processes for the project.
- Monitoring work planning activities and evaluate compliance with requirements (project risk assessment and contingency plans, contractor’s work Programmes, etc.).
- Proactively intervening and reporting any issues identified.
- Participating in project risk reviews when required.
- Monitoring compliance with critical processes for onshore resource preparation and mobilisation.
To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Proven ability to work on client projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Oil & Gas Operations, Projects and Turnarounds.
