Job Description
The Health and Safety Manager will ensure all operational activities under its management and control are safely carried out in accordance with applicable Health and Safety legislation and other requirements.
The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for the continued accreditation of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Qualifications Needed: Hold NEBOSH Diploma and other relevant H&S qualifications (i.e. appropriate and valid CSCS card).
Experience Required:
- Have in-depth Health and Safety understanding and experience within construction, manufacturing, and engineering industry, ideally activities associated with the fabrication and installation of structural steelwork.
- Working knowledge of industry-specific legal requirements and other requirements.
- Knowledge and experience of BS EN ISO 45001:2018, its requirements, and process approach based on the concept of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA).
- Possess knowledge and experience carrying out Health and Safety inspections and facilitating external audits conducted by accreditation and certification bodies.
