Our client is 34yrs old Male has Tracheostomy, Ventilation and PEG12-hour shifts days & nights from 8am to 8pm/8pm to 8am are available.6 months of previous care experience is preferable however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates.Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including: Tracheostomy careInvasive and non-invasive ventilationAirway suctioningCough assistAutonomic DysreflexiaOxygen therapy and monitoringBowel managementEnteral feedingEpilepsy and seizure managementCatheter careComplex medication administrationBehaviours which challengeComplex moving and positioningWhat HFH offers:Candidate career focus - the satisfaction and safety of our team is our priority.Fast track carer onboarding process. The average shift is duration 12hrs.Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk*.The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*.We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax.
