JOB TITLE: Healthcare Lawyer
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge

THE ROLE:
The appointed Healthcare Solicitor will be involved in undertaking a wide range of work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector. The Healthcare Solicitor will be advising on matters of general healthcare law, including mental health law, Court of Protection matters, Inquests an Information Governance. The Healthcare Solicitor will be working with other lawyers practicing within the healthcare sector and will have the ability to identify new products and work streams relevant to clients whilst developing new business.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Healthcare Solicitor will have at least 4 years’ experience in dealing with healthcare related matters, having trained in a leading law firm and have a strong background dealing with organisations in the health and social sector as well as advising on care standards, legislations and practice and regulatory processes involving primary care practitioners. You must have experience in dealing with Court of Protection matters, deprivation of liberty work and matters under the Mental Capacity Act.
