We are currently working with a global, well-known and recognised law firm looking to engage a lawyer on a 6-month FTC due to paternity leave.
This role is based in Edinburgh and is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office and 3 from home although occasional travel to Glasgow will be expected.
The Role:
Driven by the increasing demand for healthcare services and the related disputes, the healthcare team is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Solicitor to join our multi-award-winning firm in Edinburgh. In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic team, providing expert advice on a range of matters including complex clinical negligence claims, cosmetic and beautician treatments, professional regulatory hearings, public inquiries, and historic abuse litigation. You will manage a mixed caseload of healthcare and historic abuse claims, delivering seamless, integrated services to our clients around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).
Strong litigation experience with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Highly determined individual who enjoys being challenged by complex legal issues.
Confident and effective communicator with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
