Healthcare SolicitorA Healthcare Solicitor is required by Leeds office of a leading UK law firm to act on clients based through the West Yorkshire including NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers.The Healthcare Solicitor will be involved in Court of Protection litigation and advising upon CQC and Healthcare Regulation as well as inquest work.Working as part of a of Seven this opportunity will suit a qualified Solicitor with good understanding Public Law, Local Authority or NHS Trust experience.Whilst managing a caseload there will be an opportunity to supervise more junior lawyers in the team.Flexible, hybrid working with at least one day per week in the Birmingham office. Competitive salary and bonus.
