Our client is a Legal 500 firm looking for a qualified, defendant clinical negligence solicitor to join the team in Manchester to handle a caseload of clinical negligence files for a range of clients including insurance companies, medical and dental defence organisations and professional organisations.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of medical, dental and optical cases arising in various settings from the NHS, across the private sector and in prisons.
As a solicitor with 4 years’ PQE or more, you are expected to have significant relevant experience in defending clinical negligence claims and have experience working in the healthcare sector.
