HEALTHCARE SOLICITOR:
The appointed Healthcare Solicitor will be involved in undertaking a wide range of advisory work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector.
The Healthcare Solicitor will be advising on matters of general healthcare law, including patient complaints, inquests, mental health law and Court of Protection matters.
The Healthcare Solicitor will be working with other lawyers practicing in the healthcare sector and will have the ability to identify new products and work streams relevant to clients whilst at all times developing new business.
The successful solicitor will have a strong background in healthcare or social care law with a solid understanding of at least one of the following: mental health, inquests, patient complaints, Court of Protection.
You will ideally have gained experience advising on care standards, legislations and practice and also regulatory processes involving primary care practitioners.
Recently qualified Solicitors are encouraged to apply – you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience gained during your training contract within another leading national or regional law firm, or public sector body.
