Barker Ross are looking for Help Desk Operator to work for one of our clients, which business activity covers a comprehensive range of seamless management and wellbeing services that enrich communities, alongside the supply of utilities such as heat and broadband networks which enable communities to flourish.
Position: Help Desk
Location: Slough, SL1
Start: ASAP
Duration: Pemrmanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 4.00pm
Salary: £25,400/annum

Requirements:
Good time management skills
Good level of spoken and written English
Conversant in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Organized and efficient
Excellent record keeping
Strong customer focus
Duties:
Answering the Help Desk phone and logging calls relating to the school's facilities
Liaising with Pinnacle staff and service providers to ensure that jobs are completed on time and satisfactorily
Dealing with general enquiries and complaints from school staff, stakeholders, etc
Assisting the Contracts Manager.
