Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 per annum DOE plus Veolia benefits Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital, Craven Road, Reading, RG1 5BD

What will you be doing?
Assisting with the day to day running of building facilities carrying out administration tasks across a portfolio of sites. Providing a consistently excellent service to carry out a range of administration tasks to support the organisation and the client. Scheduling of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works. Assisting in management of subcontractors, contractor inductions, induction manuals. Management of Tool Box Talks and Safety Notices across multiple sites. Management of team training. Administration of health screenings. Compilation of monthly governance packs (monthly reporting). Actively work to streamline workflows. What are we looking for?
Experience working in an administration role or similar. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a high level of service in a busy role. Good level of IT skills. Our promise to you
