Job Description

Helpdesk Technician - £25K As a Helpdesk Technician you will be providing end user support to all employees across the business. Main duties: To serve as the primary trouble-shooter, delivering efficient and prompt solutions for all infrastructure, ICT systems, and hardware issues. Responsibilities include: Offering effective and timely resolutions for Intranet/Internet, email, and learning environment issues. Providing support for all hardware and software across the Foundation. Assisting with ICT utilization within the business. Operating a helpdesk/frontline service for members of staff. Escalating issues to the relevant ICT team members. Training staff on the use of school hardware and systems. Setting up and supporting Apple iPads.
