We are looking to recruit Night Support Workers to support young people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge during the night. If you have a positive attitude and are a good communicator who cares about people’s well-being then this could be the role for you. The people we support have various needs and so it will be key that you ensure they receive an excellent level of care throughout the night. Even when the people we support are asleep you will be able to carry out other duties such as domestic duties for example cleaning and other household chores. You will always have another colleague on site to support you as the welfare of our staff is paramount.
