Position Overview: The High Net-Worth Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting insurance policies for their high net-worth clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the unique risks associated with high-value assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in underwriting high net-worth insurance policies and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and underwrite insurance applications for high net-worth individuals, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards. · Assess risks and determine appropriate coverage and pricing for high-value homes, vehicles, fine art, jewellery, and other personal assets. Collaborate with brokers, agents, and clients to gather necessary information and provide tailored insurance solutions. Conduct thorough risk assessments and loss prevention evaluations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes. Provide expert advice and guidance on underwriting practices and risk management strategies. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high net-worth underwriting or broking. In-depth knowledge of high net-worth insurance products and markets. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
