If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking culture, we want you to be part of the exciting journey with us.What do you need to succeed as a Hire Manager?Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assistProficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertisePrior experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Manager within Tool Hire/Construction or similar industry.Hold a valid driver's license.What does the Hire Manager role involve?Your focus will be independently running the HSS concession within our partnering Builder’s Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can!Building and maintaining strong connections with our customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.Support key sales initiatives and strategy striving to exceed sales and revenue targets ensure we’re being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.Similar Working PatternMonday to Friday 7:am until :pm and Saturday 8:am until :pm(with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).Who Are HSS?Over the last few years, we have invested heavily in new systems and tech to revolutionise the future.
