My client based in Yorkshire is looking for an experienced, Band 6/7 Histology Biomedical Scientist for a locum contract, starting as soon as possible.
The Role:
- Job Title: Biomedical Scientist
- Band: 6/7
- Department: Histology
- Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- Working Pattern: Mon - Fri, 37.5 hrs/wk.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered as a Biomedical Scientist.
- 2 years' experience in Histology Minimum.
- UK experience in Cellular Pathology
- Ability to cut at least 40 blocks per hour.
- Ability to cut levels and serial sections.
- Embedding
- Special stains
