Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive History lessons for students
- Develop and implement appropriate lesson plans and educational strategies
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development
- Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Bachelor's degree in Education, History, or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Proven experience teaching History at the primary or secondary level
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for History
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Good organizational and time management skills
