We are looking for experienced Residential Children Home Managers (day shifts) to oversee the daily operations of a children's home, ensuring that all UAS (Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking) children receive the necessary support as they begin their resettlement journey. Children's Home Managers should be capable of leading by example, demonstrating best practices, and coordinating staff to provide comprehensive support to UAS children, ranging from practical guidance and learning to emotional care during their stay.


This new home is based in Ash, near Dover in Kent. Drivers with a car is essential for this role.


The successful candidate must come from a Childrens Residential setting and have experience of working to Team Leader/Manager level.


This role would give the successful applicant exceptional opportunities to develop in their career within a niche area of children's care & would, as such, expand their knowledge and skills of working with children seeking asylum.
