Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued and exciting client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Home Manager, to work in their large sized care home on the Isle Of Wight.

The Candidate

The role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join an extremely well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care, working towards a Good or Outstanding CQC. The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes, consistently good or above CQC reports, an excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the elderly care sector.

Requirements

Experienced Home Manager - 3 years minimum

5 years minimum experience in the elderly care sector

Level 5 or RMA qualified (preferred but not essential)

Location

The role is based in the Isle of Wight and is therefore commutable from Newport, Godshill, Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin, Freshwater, Yarmouth, Cowes, Bembridge and other surrounding areas.
