The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic care group who operate across the UK, with a portfolio of nursing, residential and dementia care homes. The group are looking to find an experienced leader to join a care home providing nursing and residential care to elderly residents.
The home itself is based around the Hartlepool area and has some lovely foundations in place. Boasting a full staff team with minimal agency, this home is the perfect opportunity for a current manager to develop their career.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will either be clinically qualified or have experience managing a nursing care home. A strong understanding of CQC framework, electronic care planning and marketing will be essential.
They will be able to strategize an occupancy drive and support their staffing team, taking a motivational and encouraging approach. At the heart of the role, they will strive to provide excellent resident care and constantly be looking at ways to improve the service.
Interview Process
The interview process will be 2 stages.
1st Stage: Interview with the Regional Manager
2nd Stage: Interview with Operations Director
Location
The role is commutable from: Hartlepool, Coxhoe, Peterlee, Seaham, Durham, Sedgefield, Spennymoor and Newton Aycliffe.
