Job DescriptionOverview Novumgen is a diverse, integrated specialty pharmaceutical and biological company focused on investing, developing, manufacturing and supplying innovative products that provide benefits to patients and prescribers worldwide.We are looking for a Hospital Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM). Building relationships within the hospital sector and identifying new business opportunities.Your responsibilities:Implementing and management of commercial programmes and agreements to maximise sales benefit within Hospitals.Previous experience of selling generic products to Hospitals.Working within allocated budgets and the company’s processes. Understanding and appropriate use of pricing and discount structures.Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to company’s stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing and finance.Collaboration with stakeholders when making changes to programmes.Working closely with all key departments, specifically marketing, finance, and supply teams.Building and sustaining effective and long-term relationships with key customers, internal and external organisations.Acquisition of new business.Adhering to the company’s policies, procedures and GDP Code of Practice.Skills requirements:Experience selling to Hospitals, mainline wholesalers, short-line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups.Must have experience of working with Generic Hospital products.Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.Strong presentation skills. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer’s needs.Excellent listening and negotiating skills.Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.Valid driver’s license.
