We have a special opportunity for an Hotel Manager to join the friendly team at Roomzzz Nottingham! As Hotel Manager your job is to make sure that our guests enjoy a home away from home at all times whilst colleagues are engaged, developing and delivering top service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day operations of the hotel to maximise revenue and ensure service and product quality are maintained.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent Customer Service and problem solving skills
Ability to manage, nurture and develop a team effectively
Excellent Communication skills.
Demonstrate excellent delivery of customer service.
Excellent standard of competency of IT systems; MS Office, Hotel booking systems.
Engaging and professional approach.
