Housing allocations and lettings officer needed in london £21.52ph ref 005085To manage the provision of social housing in accordance with the policies and procedures andrelevant Government legislation eg homelessness Code of Guidance, Housing Allocation Scheme etc.To support the delivery of a coordinated and ruthlessly financially efficient allocation service, this may be delivered through the housing register, transfers, decants and under occupation.To be responsible for the delivery of the social housing letting process from notification of pendingtenancy termination, through shortlisting, offer, verification and viewing stages until the property hasFull time hours on a temporary basis.
