HOUSING & REGENERATION SOLICITOR - MULTI OFFICE FIRM - MANCHESTER - NQ- 5+PQE
This brilliant firm are seeking a junior Housing Solicitor to join their busy, prestigious firm. They have a reputation for providing first-class legal services, and the ideal candidate will be enthused by the prospect of upholding this reputation.
The ideal candidate will be at least 1 year PQE and be familiar with all aspects of housing law, including possession proceedings and claims for poor housing conditions including ASB injunctions, Breach of tenancy injunctions, Possession claims, Housing management matters and Disrepair claims. In addition, the candidate will be willing to act for both occupiers and landlords. Knowledge of leasehold work would be an advantage, as would any experience in the contentious aspects of housing law.
This is a very busy firm who are expanding their team in order to meet the demands of their clients and allow them to take on more work - this means there will be plenty of work for you to get your teeth into. Previous knowledge is not absolutely essential, as this firm is ready and willing to provide training and close supervision to build up your knowledge on leasehold advice, to empower you to feel more confident acting on their behalf.
