Our services include workshops, free law sessions, walk-in welfare sessions, and a by-appointment advice desk, ensuring accessibility and broad reach in the heart of the East End of London. Key areas of responsibility include: input into the development and systems development for the delivery of programmes / projects; identification and application of sources of funding – grant and/or commissioned; management of programme / project teams; audit and compliance; formation and management of budgets; stakeholder management; programme and project reporting; project management and day to day operations.Managing the advice service, the role will ensure all contracts are delivered to KPI standards and that the advice service team, currently consisting of a team of senior advisors and triage advisor, are well supported in reaching these aims.
