We are searching for a HR Administrator to join us on a 1 year Fixed term contract. As HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the operational HR and Talent Acquisition teams who provide support to over 800 colleagues globally.


You will provide a customer-centric, comprehensive, and consistent level of administrative support across the business encompassing the end-to-end colleague life cycle.


Key Responsibilities

- Manage electronic filing and data to comply with GDPR (including maintaining HRIS), ensuring internal naming conventions are followed and leaver files are archived.

- Collate monthly payroll data and process UK payroll, ensuring data accuracy to enable payroll to be processed on time with minimal errors.

- Enrol new joiners on to relevant benefit schemes, such as Private Medical Insurance and Group Pension scheme where required, liaising with internal teams and external providers.

- Manage the new starter process from recruitment to onboarding, as advised by TA Team or other stakeholders. This includes (but is not limited to), arranging interviews, processing candidates in the HRIS, issuing offer letters and contracts, conducting right to work checks, collecting references, adding colleagues to HRIS/Payroll and performing new starter instructions.

- Supporting the TA Team with processing of vacancy requisitions in the applicant tracking system, ensuring these follow the correct approval flows and job descriptions and adverts are in place.

- Support the TA Team with collating global compensation packages for new starters as part of the recruitment journey.

- Process leavers as notified by HR Business Partners or managers, including relevant updates of HRIS, payroll and benefits systems.

- Streamline internal HR and TA administration processes to enable timely, accurate and efficient delivery of all aspects of administration support.

- Draft letters as required and notified by HR business partners and other colleagues, including promotion, probation, reference, visa invite and other ad hoc letters.

- Administer absence processes, including sickness and family leave, in line with local requirements and Company policy, ensuring HRIS and payroll is updated accurately.

- Manage the HR admin inbox to answer queries in a timely manner providing a customer-centric service to the business and external providers.

- Raise POs and process invoices through the Company’s finance system, ensuring that invoices are raised in a timely manner to ensure on time payment.

- Provide ad hoc support to the wider Organisational Effectiveness team as and when required.


Key Requirements

- Experience of working in HR at an administrator level

- Professional, proactive and highly-organised

- A good relationship builder, able to use influencing skills as required

- Understanding that credibility underpins HR practice, demonstrated by a starter-finisher attitude, ownership and attention to detail

- Customer-centric and people first approach. demonstrated by doing the right thing at the right time whilst balancing business and individual needs

- Logical thought process demonstrated by thinking about the impact of a decision or understanding of an action and being able to plan different approaches/strategies

- Numerate, with a good knowledge of Excel (e.g. using V-LookUps and Pivot tables); must be able to work confidently with data

- Able to communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing
