Were seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a part time opportunity for a nice team in Hamble Southampton
We are looking for a Part Time HR Administrator to join a friendly and busy HR team.
You will be working alongside the Head of HR and HR Advisor providing a comprehensive HR Administration service including :-

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR admin queries. Responsible for monitoring email inboxes and directing more complex queries as appropriate.
  • Updating and maintaining employee data on the HR system and personnel files ensuring all changes are accurately recorded and employee records are up to date to include holiday, absence, and TOIL.
  • Responsible for the processing of all HR correspondence for the employee lifecycle including drafting employee contracts, contract change letters, resignation letters etc.
  • Coordinating the recruitment activity including advertising job vacancies, being the first point of contact for candidates, arranging interviews and providing feedback.
  • To note take at any meetings required such as for employee relations matters.
  • Booking all exit interviews required with any leavers and helping to produce a data report pack for the Senior Management Team.
  • Support the annual employee survey process.
  • Cover reception when required.
  • General office administration and assisting with the day-to-day HR functions and duties
  • Any other duties as necessary and commensurate with your level of knowledge, skills and experience.

  • We're looking for someone who has the skills to deal with sensitive information confidentially and with empathy
  • You'll be able to confidently communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levels of the business, including teams, written and face to face.
  • Experience in a Human Resources Administration role or similar
  • You'll have at least a CIPD level 3 or working towards it.

The role is offered on a permanent basis - 21 hours per week.
Flexible on either 3 days or across 5 days
50% Hybrid / Office/Home.
