The successful HR Administrators will provide support to the HR Business partner, by providing comprehensive HR and Recruitment Administration which will include end to end recruitment processes, processing starters and leavers, absence management, inductions, processing contractual changes, and managing the HR inbox.

Client Details

Page Personnel have partnered with one of our clients who are based in Rotherham. They are a supplier of industrial engineering tools, and are looking for 2 HR Administrators to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Update and maintain employee records
  • Manage HR documentation including offers, contracts and contractual changes
  • Assisting the payroll team with relevant employee information including absences, leavers and new starters
  • Manage employee benefits, rewards and recognition
  • Provide recruitment administrative support

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role
  • High attention to detail, with experience of dealing with confidential information
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load effectively

Job Offer
