This company really do put their employees at the heart of everything they do, and they are now looking for a talented HR Advisor to join the Head of HR in building a successful HR function.Job DescriptionThe HR Advisor will be responsible for:Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of policies and proceduresWriting and implementing policies across employee lifecycleDealing and advising on a wide range of ER cases including absence, conduct, capability and grievancesDelivering training sessions on HR related topicsDrafting up invites, outcomes and supporting with note taking where requiredManagement of contracts and new starter paperwork including right to work documentationAnalysing people data around attrition, recruitment and sicknessLeading HR related projectsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Advisor will have:A proven track record within a similar roleCIPD L5 or above (desirable)A strong knowledge of UK employment lawConfident in managing a variety of employee relations casesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat's on OfferA salary of up to £30,000 DOEAdditional leaveCasual dressCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountEmployee share purchase planEnhanced parental leaveHealth & wellbeing programmeOn-site gymOn-site parkingReferral programme
