Job Description
We are currently working with a professional services firm based in Worcester city centre who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.The role will be mainly office based, and the salary banding in £32-44k (DOE).Duties will include (but are not limited to): Overseeing the full lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, policy management, system maintenance, benefits administration, payroll, and contract changesAdministering payroll processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and policy entitlementsLeading the execution of annual HR plans, such as appraisals, bonus distribution, and benefits renewalsDriving HRIS improvements to automate processes and enhance operational efficiencyGenerating insightful reports to inform strategic HR decisionsManaging the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and efficient service deliveryEnsuring legal compliance across all HR activities, staying informed about legislative updatesExperience required:Experience working within human resourcesSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Confident communication and customer service skillsStrong IT skillsAble to work as part of a team and independently Rewards and Benefits:Scottish Widows Pension Scheme27 days annual leave (plus public holidays)Bonus schemeElectric vehicle schemeHappy People / Perks at Work benefits portalCycle to Work schemeLife Assurance1/3 gym membership contributionFlu vaccinationsWorking hours:Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm37.5 hoursPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
